Requirements

A digital agency from Seattle needed assistance with the development of different visual directions and interfaces for an application to watch shows and movies online with the use of a voice instead of the manual control of the TV. The client provided the wire flow with the elements that needed to be included on each screen.

Design

Two concepts with different visual directions and interfaces where developed. They included different artwork, colors and typography. The design needed to be modern, innovative and inspiring, so bright colors and shapes with movement and lights where included. Since the users want to relax when they watch shows and movies, a cold color palette with blues and purple was chosen since they are calming and relaxing. Those colors also let the content be easier to scan and read.
