Requirements

A digital agency required homepage proposals for their client, a technology company from California. The client wanted to innovate and include a different user experience and visual design that could cause an impact. He also wanted to avoid the horizontal navigation at the top and the use of a carrousel.

Design

Four concepts with a different interface and visual direction were developed. A vertical sidebar navigation and a horizontal and vertical scrolling were proposed on the different designs.

Since the brand needed a visual style guide, a different color palette and photography was used on each option. All the designs included a cold color palette of blues since they represent technology, IT and innovation. Warm colors were used in call to action buttons and links. Two options used a bright light blue for links. The photography used represents concepts such as future, innovation and technology.

Deliverables

The deliverables were presented in a PDF with the description about the visual design, UX and interaction.
